What is Changing?

Nothing of note will change about the way you do business with George Industries or AM&T. The Thermal Group is the parent business entity only and not a new operating unit or location. For improved communications we are going to a common email structure "myname@thethermalgrp.com". Nothing else, from an individual business perspective changes.

Does The Thermal Group add any new capabilities to the existing businesses?

Yes, but indirectly. The Thermal Group is committed to supporting the growth of our business units through additional resources such as equipment, manpower, and other essential tools. By identifying and bringing together current and future units under a unified group, we enhance our ability to provide diverse and innovative solutions to our customers. We leverage shared capacity, expertise, and best practices to deliver superior results. With each new addition to our group, customers can expect expanded capabilities and synergies. Are the CAGE numbers changing?

No. Each business unit in the group operates independently under their existing CAGE. The Cage Codes for each are as follows:

Will The Thermal Group require me to change any billing information?

No. Nothing will change about the way you currently do business with any of the business units. Billing addresses remain unchanged. If you have any other questions on this topic please reach out directly to your current POC at the Business Unit for assistance.

Will the previous email domains still work?

Yes. For the foreseeable future all emails will be automatically re-directed to the "myname@thethermalgrp.com". The responses back to you will have the new email naming format.

What changes do I need to make as a Customer / Supplier?

None, this is simply a change to our email naming
